We recommend that you clean your cork product on a regular basis. Start with warm clear water on a soft cloth and wipe it gently. If necessary, add a drop or two of mild liquid soap to your water (such as a dish soap or hand soap). For really stubborn stains such as sharpie or pen, gently wiping with a little rubbing alcohol on a soft dry cloth should do the trick.
Sunglass lenses should be cleaned with a microfiber cloth to avoid scratching the lenses.

Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging and with original tags attached, and return requested within 14 days of delivery. We must receive the returned item back within 30 days of the original delivery to you.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized products, earrings, sale and clearance items, mystery bags/boxes, gift cards, items sold as FAULTY and items marked as final sale cannot be returned. Shipping is also not refundable.
- Shipping: Return shipping is generally the responsibility of the customer is not refundable.
