At Texas Cork Company, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our cork products. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to assist.
Returns

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging and with original tags attached. Let us know you want to return it, then then ship it as directed. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original order date.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized products, earrings, sale and clearance items, mystery bags/boxes, gift cards, items sold as IMPERFECT and items marked as final sale cannot be returned. Additionally, even identical items not purchased from us, are not eligible for return.
Refunds

Approved Refunds: Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s) after we've inspected it for eligibility. It takes 3-5 days to process the refund. You should receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.
- Shipping: We do not refund any shipping you may have paid.
Exchanges
- Something Wrong: If you receive a wrong product, defective or damaged product, contact us within 7 days. Items sold as IMPERFECT are not eligible for refunds or exchange.
- Want a different product: The best way to accomplish this is to go ahead and order the preferred product and at the same time return the original product. When we have received and inspected the original product, if it is eligible, it will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s). You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the original product.
Return Shipping
- Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at admin@txcork.com or 979-329-8139 with your order number. If you do not know your order number, we will need a way to verify your purchase in some way. We can try to find your purchase with your name, phone number, email address, or date of purchase. A refund will not be issued, if we are unable to verify your purchase.

Once approved, we'll provide return instructions and mark your order for return. Items not requested and for return will not be accepted.

Ship the item back to us as directed. The shipping address will be provided. You are generally responsible for shipping on returns.
