NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING: Just ship it back unused and in the same condition you received it (tags, labels and all) to the mail address above. You are usually responsible for return shipping, but there are exceptions and we will allow you to use our discounted shipping rates if you contact us before you ship it. We cannot refund shipping fees you may have paid when you purchased the product.
